The norwegian Ceramist and art-teacher Hanne Mi is living for 15 years on the greek Island of Zakynthos,one of the most beautiful ionian islands rich in beauty and tradtion. Her pottery is situated 14 km outside of Vassilikos in an old farm house among olive trees. The artist has regular engagements for the Austrian Summer Academie.

Accomodation:

accomodation is available nearby in private homes at greek families or small hotels. Prices start at 25 Euro per day.Most rooms are close to the sea and at walking distance to the pottery. Restaurants, super-markets and taverns are close by.

Meals:

a simple local lunch ( greek salad, olives bread, ) coffee and tea is served at lunch-time

Group size:

minimu of two, maximum of seven

Courses:

four hours in the morning,in the afternoon there are no lessons and you are free to do whatever you want, the studio stays open all afternoon. You learn different techniques of hand-building, sculpturing, throwing, glazing, raku-firing
