With the written registration the participant recognizes the following conditions:

The contract is effective once a written confirmation by CERAM-TOURS is received.

The courses and workshops offered by CERAM-TOURS are organized by the respective persons/organisations. The participation in the courses is strictly at own risk. No liabilty can be taken for any damages and risks occuring during the courses.

CERAM-TOURS is liable merely for the proper mediation of the achievements, however, not for the performance of the achievement itself.

On receipt of the written confirmation a deposit of 10 % of the course fee gets due. Full payment is required by 30 days before beginning of the course.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel the contract any time. The following cancellation fees will apply:

up to 30 days in advance: 10 % of course fee

8-29 days in advance: 25 % of course fee

1-7 days in advance: 50 % of course fee

Cancellation same day of departure: no refund is paid

In case you name another person replacing you a 25 € fee for name change applies. If you change your reservation to another date at the same place a goodwill arrangement can be provided, depending on the date of cancellation.

A cancellation insurance is stricty recommended.
