The spanish ceramist Ramon Fort has established his pottery school in 1988 near Figueres , close to the coast of the “Costa Brava”. The artist has participated at numerous exibitions and has gained many awards for his ceramics.

Figueres ist the city where Salvador Dali lived and where the famous museum shows many items of his unique work.

Accomodation:

is provided right in the house , two large rooms with private shower/toilet for 5 people each . However,for those who wish to stay in a hotel room, many other accomodations are to be found in Figueres.

Meals:

are prepared daily by the course participants in common , work and costs on a shared basis, which is appreciated by the participants as a contribution to convivality and common experience.

depending on the course up to ten participants

Courses:

every course follows a different theme , the throwing and Raku courses are led by Ramon himself, the many other specialized courses are tutored by differnet ceramists from different nations.

Language:

Spanish, some courses with english translation

Leisure activities:

excursions to Figueres, Barcelone, Girona and the coastal villages of the Costa Brava

Prices :

depending on the course prices ranges from 240 up to 290.00 Euro

the cost for accomodation at the place is 90 Euro per week/per person
