An ancient farm from the 18th century in the wild-romantic scenery of the Marche has been refurnished as an artists seminar place.The propertyis situated inmid of meadows, forests and vinyards close to the medieval city of Arcevia. Since more than a decade various art-courses have been organized here, the ceramic courses are tutored by the German ceramist Christian Schönig.

Accomodation:

The house offers several affectionately furnished double rooms with a marvelous panoramic view.

Meals:

The course fee includes a mediterranean lunch with fresh products from the house-garden. For breakfast und dinner a fully equipped guest’s kitchen is at your disposal.

a maximum of 6-8 persons

Courses:

Under the guidance of Christian Schöning the raku courses (handbuilding or throwing are hold in the well equipped studio .For each student one potters wheel is provided. The courses consist of 6 lessons per day , the studio is open until the evening .

Leisure activities :

Walking, bicycle riding, trips to the mediterranean shore (30 Min.), swimming in a nearby lake, visits of nearby cities with cultural highlights like Perugia nd Assisi, or to the limestone caves of Frassasi. Or just relax and enjoy the surroundings.
